Hi! I’m Marina, the creative mind behind Hellow Mellow, where marshmallow flowers bloom into sweet delights! 🌸 I learned how to make European marshmallow few years ago after quite a few kilos of sugar ended up in the bin 🤭, but after mastering it, I realized how magical it is to turn a few simple, good-quality ingredients into such a unique sweet treat. I discovered marshmallow floristry about a year ago, and I’m on a mission to introduce this amazing delicacy to as many people as possible ever since.
