Homemade European marshmallow (Zephyr) is crafted exclusively from natural ingredients.
Ingredients: fruit/berry puree, pasteurised egg whites, sugar, water, agar-agar, food colouring.
The shelf life depends directly on the storage method. We recommend consuming Homemade European marshmallows within 7 days.
It is best stored in an airtight container at room temperature, approximately 18-25 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 75%. A cool, dark, and dry place is ideal. Avoid storing marshmallow in areas with direct sunlight exposure, as it can affect its taste quality. For extended storage, you can refrigerate it in an airtight container. If stored in the refrigerator, the shelf life will extend to 14 days.
